Music & Arts
Suffolk Presbyterian Church has a distinguished history of quality music, where music is more than just a tradition—it’s a vital part of our spiritual life.
As a universal language, music deepens our faith, affirms our beliefs, and fosters a loving community. Our music program offers a variety of opportunities for members to serve in ways that resonate both within our congregation and in the wider community.
The adult choir leads our Sunday worship services throughout the year, enriching our gatherings with a repertoire that spans standard sacred music, praise and worship songs, and culturally diverse styles. In addition to weekly worship, the choir prepares and presents two major works during the Lenten and Advent seasons, inviting the congregation into deeper reflection and celebration.

We also cherish the musical gifts of our congregation through hymn sings, where everyone can join in, and by sharing individual talents as part of our worship experience. Our services often include teaching new songs, ensuring that our music remains fresh and engaging for all.
Choir rehearsals are held each Thursday from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm, running from September through mid-June.
